Conscious Breathwork is a lie down meditation exercise which safely maximizes oxygen intake to calm the mind. I guide participants as energy flows through their subtle, physical, and spiritual bodies in order to create a safe cradle for healing.

My passion is to guide clients through ancient practices of physical yoga, spiritual philosophy, chanting and breathing. I love slowing down with students as we both build our internal awareness in this fast paced society.
